haPpie 70th birthday gong gong! he was happy today. i was happy that he was happy. yay!
woke early this morning to study abiiittt of chem before rushing down to shop for a proper top (which wasn't really that proper) for the photo shoot. then went to the studio near causeway bay for the family photo shoot. was quite fun..watching my pretty little niece (mom's 1st bro's daughter.) smiling even before the cameraman got ready. but the other nephew (mom's 2nd bro's son. the bro who married the jap) kept crying and screaming for the maid, Lisa. Which really was kinda irritating. in the end..we used macdonald's fries to shut him up. so he had his photo taken with fries in his mouth. yay. but i love him still..coz he is so pretty.
Dinner was great. had 5 tables of relatives..half of which i do not know..but came to me saying " wahh!! look at you!! look so much like your mom! when i last saw you, u were still so young.." blah blah. most just acknowledged me as Amy's younger daughter. anywaysss. food was too much but good. had my favourite crispy piglet thingey. but also had shark's fin..whichhh i am not that keen on eating. other than that. service was good, venue was grand. grandpa was happy. and that's the most important. coz he is the man i respect most on this earth. i love my grandpa :)
Going back to singapore (finally) tmr morning. gotta wake EARLY to catch my flight at 9am. i am so bloody screwed for this coming common test. but i am prepared to fail. i hardly found time to study.
