Today is a happy happy day!! guess who is gonna be a doctor?? MY BABY!!!! he got into NUS medicine and i am extremely proud!! I was in the conferene hall in SMU today when i got his msg..and i almost screamed for joy! but i din la.
he is still deciding between that and NTU aerospace engineering...as much as i like aerospace engineering and i know he has interest in it..i think he is crazy to think..come on!! Dr. Pang lehhh. i wld love to be called Dr. Yiu lahhh!! anyways to celebrate Mr. Pang becoming Dr. Pang and our coming 7th mths and me becoming Scholar Yiu we decided to spurge! so i brought baby to this private italian restaurant my parents use to bring me. At first we wanted to go for our dear own Japanese buffet in Mirama hotel but that place was fully booked..then we tried the vienna buffet in Novena and it was fully booked too. so we ended up at this place in this spooky part of John Little. You know the John little building is not only just John little..there are shops behind and this restaurant is located at some corner. ANYWAYS..we both had the set dinner..$49+++. The food wasn't as good as i remembered it to be..and anyway..baby had tenderloin and i had lamb. and this is the lovely butter garlic escargot for appetizer! actually 2 of the shells are empty coz we ate it too fast. then i forced doctor to put it back so i can take a picture!
